Family Support is crucial and should be an
integral part of a company's relocation service to its employees.
Families require to be involved in the whole relocation process and
opportunities provided for them to express, and have dealt with, their
problems and reservations. A Questionnaire is forwarded to each family
which allows for general data and for details of children's education
to date. Goals aimed for, style of educational environment preferred
etc.
